Look around, look what we have done, look at the state of our planet.   Once lush and green, now dull, grey and inanimate. Our planet once so full of life, so full of beauty with the plants and animals, that once grew and once roamed free. Now what remains?  Barron patches of dry earth and extinction. Why?  We, the human race, driven by the lust for power, the lust for control, and greed.

We have been destroying what we as a race hold so precious over all else, life, the life of the plants that we use for timber, paper, and housing.   The lives of countless animals that we hunt for sport, the lives of the animals that we use as cosmetic aids whether they be for testing on or extracting a chemical from, and the lives of the animals that we consume for food.

The trees that grow tall and beautiful in a rainforest to the normal person would appear majestic, tall and proud, but to a power hungry executive, all they see is profit, big dollar signs, these people do not care about the future they care about their wallets and their pay check at the end of the week.

These people should think about he consequences of their actions now and how they affect the future generations of our race, for if we don't start to take care of our planets lungs, the world and all animal life on the globe will become extinct due to our careless and greedy behaviour now.

Greed drives us to create monstrous machines to do our bidding, these lifeless yet destructive tools we use to tear into the very flesh of the earth itself to strip from it the metallic veins that run thought out our planet. These machines feed deep into our planet to steel from it raw ores, precious stones and for what purpose?  To satisfy the wealthy and to tantalise the poor with these polished gems elegantly placed in gold or silver settings.

We should feel disturbed when we go outside, for a walk, or for a drive down the street, because if you took note of your surroundings all you will see is grey, the grey of the concrete structures that stand tall into the sky, the dark grey of the road that you walk past or drive on, that extends for countless miles.

Perhaps if we as a race weren’t so vain as to think that our pillars of concrete and cold steel structures can withstand a simple act of nature that hundreds perhaps thousands of people die needlessly, all because of our ignorance to the natural disasters that can happen, earthquakes can topple buildings, tidal waves can wash away entire cities and cyclones can simply tear apart our buildings.

Why do we destroy the world around us, build massive cities in which to live and rape the natural world of the life that we cling to? Vanity, greed, power, all these things and more drive us to do this, it is who we are as a race.

But as one person on this planet you can change the way you think about the world that you live in, that is dying before your very eyes as it has been dying before my own every waking hour of my life, and I cannot stay silent any longer, nor should any of you if you care at all for the future of this planet and us as a species on this planet, we must change the way we think, we must change the way we act, above all else we must change the way we see the world around us, for it supports us, it supports our lives now, but it cannot support our lives forever if we do not take care of it, for it like all other living things will simple grow old and die, if not cared for now and into the future.

Life, I know sometimes its hard, seemingly just to live and enjoy it.  Then there are the money issues that affect us all...But there is one point I would like to make...

But what would life be like without money, would it be better? Would it be without sin or without a few powerful people controlling the planet?

Greed is the root of all evil that "man" us "humans" as a race have come to accept and untilise on a day to day basis. Some people dont see the greed in the every day world, but sure enough its there.  Most people would probably just ignor it, walk past someone who is in an act of greed itself.

Some people use other peoples greed to get where the individual wants to be, whether this is using your sex to get a promotion or a raise in the work place or whether its simply steeling to satisfy your own greed and denie someone elses.

There are many things we as a race do that is not at all morally right, but what can any of us do to stop what has become a race of stupid pathetic creatures who are so vain to think that they are the only one of any importance on the planet.

What is the point of living if greed is what we have all come to persue in life? Why, are we as a race so simple to think there is nothing better to aspire to?

I leave this with you, the questions I have asked and the points I have placed forth, think about everything you have done in your life...was it to make your life better or just persue the greed that is in your vains.

Does gravity have an effect on time, theoretically scientists have assumed that time would be warped by gravity as it is proven that light is, but what would that make time?

A force, a form of energy, what? But without time how could anything really exist, for without time, energy in any form would have no bearing, no direction, no movement for it takes time to move, spin, or do anything even at a sub-atomic level.

Think about it, for us do anything, pick up a pen or even for me to type this it takes time and energy, so what if we took time out of the picture, would that moment last forever or not exist? Or both would the moment of time not last for both an infinite amount of time and yet not exist in any time frame at all?

For even the most basic elements in the universe have energy, and thus would take time to expend that energy or gain more...?

Given what I have said so far, what if we add gravity into this little equation, does gravity have an effect on time if is a measure of energy? Time exists; Time is what we call an element of existence we do not full comprehend. So I theorize that gravity would have an adverse affect on time seeing it has an affect on everything that exist in any state within this universe.

Which leads me to contemplate this, if gravity where too increase greatly from the norm, such as in the singularity of a black hole, would time slow or even stop under such an intense gravitational force, or if it were to be reduced as in if nothing in that pocket of space had a gravitational field acting on it, would the effects of time speed up?

Anyway that’s just a little something for anyone with a theoretical physics degree to ponder, seeing as a mire nineteen year old with no tertiary education could envision that idea

That is the way I feel about what we as a race united are doing to our planet, if anyone feels the same way please in your own way help change your ways and perhaps the ways of others, I mean I dont have a car and dont need one, I live in a smallish country town in Australia, population no more than 126'000, and it only takes me 70 minutes to ride 35 km to the next town where my girlfriend live.  Just little things, anything at all will make a difference.

Just my thoughts for the day.
